Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 August 2026

In short: use the platform honestly, keep your account details accurate and your qualifications current, and turn up to the shifts you accept. We can suspend accounts that do not.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CoreTalent Network platform ("the Platform"), operated by CoreTalent Network Specialists Limited, a company registered in Ireland, company number [CRO NUMBER — fill in at admin_partner_companies.php, billing panel], registered office at The Crescent, Yeats Way, Park West Business Park, Dublin 12, D12 DD74.

By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

2. What the Platform does

The Platform is an operational tool for coordinating workforce. It is used to publish and assign shifts, record attendance and hours, verify qualifications and licences, coordinate communication between workers and supervisors, and produce the records needed for payment.

The Platform is provided to partner companies and to the people who work shifts for them.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and legally entitled to work in the jurisdiction where you take shifts.
  • The information you provide must be true, and you must keep it up to date. This matters most for your qualifications, licences and their expiry dates.
  • Your account is personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else clock in, clock out or take shifts as you.
  • Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your account.

4. Using the Platform properly

You agree not to:

  • falsify attendance, location or hours worked, including by clocking in when you are not at the site;
  • upload qualifications, licences or identity documents that are not genuinely yours or that are not valid;
  • use the Platform to harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
  • share confidential information about sites, clients or operations outside the people who need it for the work;
  • attempt to access data belonging to another company or another person, or to bypass any access control;
  • interfere with the Platform's operation, or attempt to extract data from it in bulk.

5. Working relationship

[TO BE CONFIRMED BY A SOLICITOR — this clause must state whether workers on the Platform are engaged as employees, as independent contractors, or whether CoreTalent acts purely as an intermediary between workers and partner companies. Worker classification carries tax, PRSI and employment-rights consequences in Ireland and cannot be assumed. The rest of these Terms depends on the answer.]

6. Shifts, attendance and pay

  • Accepting a shift is a commitment to attend it. Repeated no-shows and late cancellations affect your reliability score and may result in suspension.
  • Hours are calculated from the attendance records made through the Platform. Where a record needs correcting, a supervisor may adjust it, and the change is logged.
  • Payment terms, rates and payment dates are set by the engaging company and are shown to you before you accept a shift.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your own records. If something looks wrong, raise it promptly — the records are what payment is based on.

7. Content you provide

You keep ownership of the documents, photos and messages you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store and display them for the purposes of running the Platform, including sharing them with the partner companies you work for where that is necessary.

You are responsible for what you upload, and for having the right to upload it.

8. Optional integrations

The Platform can connect to third-party services you choose — for example Google Calendar or Telegram. These connections are optional, you start them yourself, and you can end them at any time. What we do with the data involved is described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those third-party services is also governed by their own terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that presents a safety or security risk, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

You can close your account at any time. Records we are legally required to keep — pay and tax records in particular — survive the closure, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Availability

We work to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can interrupt it. Where the Platform is unavailable, attendance and hours can be recorded and corrected afterwards by a supervisor.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

[LIABILITY CAP — to be set by a solicitor, and consistent with the classification decided in section 5.]

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Where a change materially affects you, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
